Why is my 1 1/2 year old pug loosing soooo much fur

For about a week now my 1 1/2 year old dog Bella has been loosing 3 times
tree
the amount of fur she normally does.

The same thing happened

in May. She had like 10 fleas, l gave her a flea bath everyday for 5 days

and after that she stopped scratching, and her fur grew back. l think she

was scratching so much that she started getting bare spots on her fur. At

first l thought she was loosing her winter coat...

Now for
about a week she has been bare under her chin again, but this time l can
pet her and literally pull out clumps of fur. She isnt shedding her winter
coat because it is getting cold so l would think she would be getting more
fur. When l check her l never see fleas, l check around her butt behind
her ears and on her neck. When l give her a bath l saw 2 fleas and that
was over a week ago.

After l bathed her, l washed her bed,
blankets, my blankets(because she sleeps our bed) pillows, l vacuum, sweep
and clean really well.

l just gave her another bath and saw no
fleas for the second time and as l was rubbing her with the shampoo l was
covered in her fur. Im getting worried!

Please Help!!

forgot to mention that l am using flea spray for carpets and stuff to get
it out of the furniture. l doubt there are hundreds because l never have
seen them. When l was younger and had a dog that had a lot of fleas the
fleas would jump on us and you could see them. That was when l lived at
home. l NEVER see them in the house or on the dog. Only when l bathe her l
see the odd one.

Dogs shed twice a year. In the spring & in the fall. This is
PinkerBell
all normal. Part of her scratching is she is being bathed too much.

Drying out her skin & leaving it itchy. You are also increasing the

amount of poison on her by all the flea baths. Once a month should be

enough. If you want to continue bathing her that much you need to get a

conditioner to replace the oils on her skin.

Pugs & Danes are the two worst sheders I have ever seen, they shed
enormous amounts of hair. Pugs with the soft coat seem to shed less than
the stiff coated ones.

Get you a shed blade to take off a lot of the shed coat.

Your dog has two seasonal coats, summer and winter. The fur she
Juju
is shedding now is her summer coat so she can make way for her winter coat.

However, if you are really concerned you should at least call your vet.
